Under my present medication taken first in the morning, my BP during the day is fine but around 9pm in the evening, almost like clockwork it will jump up.
I've tried delaying the time I take the medication, thinking that maybe it had all been consumed too early but this makes no difference. A friend has exactly the same problem. I thought it might have had something to do with the consumption of my main mean around 6.30 or even bad TV creating annoyance.
Any ideas? Thanks

I've heard Viagra isn't recommended for people with hypertension. Is this true?

I have sleep apnea and hypertension. Is one causing the other?

Are there actual hypertension symptoms? Some Web sites talk about high blood pressure as "the silent killer," but people also talk about hypertension symptoms. I'm confused.

My doctor says I'm the poster child for white coat syndrome. You know, when your blood pressure rises as soon as you see anyone in medical uniforms. He claims (I think he's joking) that he can see my blood pressure rise as soon as I see the blood pressure cuff. Anyone have a similar problem?

My brother has hypertension and his doctor said that the main problem came from his kidneys. How is it that kidneys can cause a problem? I thought hypertension was about the cardiovascular system.
